Reports

The purpose of reporting is to detect and correct fraudulent acts through consultation with our employees on organizational or individual violations of laws and regulations.

Reporter protection policy

  • Confidentiality of the reporter's identity and information is guaranteed.
    We guarantee that there will not be any disadvantage or discrimination in terms of status, such as dismissal or disciplinary action, due to legitimate reporting.
    Equally protected are those who cooperate with the investigation by making a statement or providing data in the process of fact-checking the report.
    None of the information reported will be used for any purpose other than the investigation, and we promise to conduct the investigation with sincerity.
    In the case of reporting corruption or fraud that concerns the person reporting him/herself, such cases will be handled taking into account the extenuating circumstances.
    The content of such reports cannot be viewed except by the person in charge.

Reporting policy

  • If the results of the investigation reveal that the content of the report is true, corrective actions will be taken to prevent recurrence. However, in the case of anonymous reports that contain unfounded allegations, the measures that the company can take may be limited. Please note that the company may choose to not respond to anonymous false reports, reports that are made with unfair intentions, reports containing one-sided slander, or reports that are clearly based on misunderstanding, in which case the reporter shall not make an objection.
    Reports submitted by reporters through the Hotline cannot serve as notices or notifications made by the reporter to the company. If the reporter wishes to express his or her intentions for personnel, business, or other reasons, provide information, or conduct a legally significant action against the company, the reporter should directly contact the representative or department in charge of the company instead of this Hotline. We have no obligation to hand over the information provided on this Hotline to our representatives, officers, or departments in charge, and we do not take any responsibility for the information provided.
    Personal information obtained from the reported information will be processed according to the company's Privacy Policy, and the personal information will not be disclosed without justifiable reasons.
    Hahn & Co. CSG, an independent external specialized agency, is responsible for receiving and conducting investigations of the reported information. For this reason, there is no risk of the identity of the reporter being exposed, and the content of the report is investigated justly and fairly.
    Please note that when you include personal information in the report, you are considered as having agreed to providing the personal information to Hahn & Co. CSG, an independent external investigation agency.

Make a Report

  • Pointing out misconduct is the right thing to do. Do not try to fix any such problem by yourself without informing the company.
    If you suspect an employee of misconduct or wrongdoing, please report it. Your identity will always be protected.

Type of corruption

  • Accepting economic benefits from vendors, such as money, gifts, or entertainment.
    Providing economic benefits, such as money, gifts, or entertainment, to government officials or vendors.
    Abuse of position or authority to direct improper actions.
    Sexually offensive behaviors, such as sexual harassment or molestation.
    Leaking company information.
    Causing property damage to the company, such as embezzlement and misappropriation.
    Violation of fair-trade laws, such as collusion and unfair trade practices.
    Other violations of company policies and laws.
