Benefit Details
  1. (1) Earn points that can be used like cash
  2. Automatically earn 3-5% of your payment, depending on your tier, for Best Available Rate (BAR) and package products (excluding member special offers).
  3. Reservations made on group, corporation, and association contract offers or via travel agencies or online travel platforms are not eligible for points.

  4. Earned points can be redeemed for room rates on direct products when your point balance is 5,000 points or more (1 point = 1 won).

About our points
  1. The percentage of the room charge accumulated as points for each tier is as follows: 3% for Silver, 4% for Gold, and 5% for Diamond.
  2. You can start using the points once you have collected more than 5,000 points. Points can be used in units of 1,000 won.
  3. Points can be used only when making a reservation by the official website or by phone.
  4. Points are accumulated on the morning following the day of check-in. The accumulated points can be used for reservations that take place after the check-out.
  • Notice
    1. The annual spending is based on the amount spent between January 1st to December 31st of each year.
    2. Points are accumulated after all the reserved stays have been completed (after check-out), according to the room charge spent each year, and the membership tier will be upgraded accordingly.
    3. The amount spent is calculated based on the net room charge only, and not the total amount spent at our hotels.
    4. For Gold tier members, the tier will be upgraded as soon as their Diamond qualifications are met, with the tier being maintained until December 31 of the same year.
    5. This benefit is only available on weekdays, and may be restricted on certain days.
    6. Room view upgrades and room type upgrades are available only when making a reservation by phone or website in advance.
  • About our incentive benefits
    1. Benefits are available only when making reservations on the official website or by phone.
    2. Available to guests only. (If you are making the reservation for someone else, facility benefits cannot be used.)
    3. Points can be accumulated based on the amount of stay paid by the member him/herself, and only up to 2 rooms per night. (All nights are counted.)
    4. You will become eligible for this incentive on the day after the check-out of the stay reserved using the member ID.
    5. This incentive benefit is available for on-site or prior reservations (via official website or phone).
    6. This incentive benefit is available only when using the BAR (Best Available Rate) rate.
    7. Benefits are available if qualifications are met within one year from the date of first stay.
    8. Overlapping use of these incentive benefits is allowed.
    9. The validity period of incentive coupons is 6 months after they are issued.
  • Points important notice
    1. Points can be accumulated towards one member ID only. Points can be accumulated only for the stays paid directly by the member. (However, you may not be able to collect points for promotion products.)
    2. Points are accumulated on the morning following the day of check-in. The accumulated points can be used for reservations that take place after the check-out.
    3. If you forget to collect points for your stay, you may request to have them accumulated within one month from the date of check-out. Points will be lost if not accumulated within that month
    4. The amount corresponding to the room charge from the total payment price is accumulated as points, where room charge is the net amount excluding tax and service charge.

  1. This benefit may be used regardless of whether you are staying overnight.
  2. The benefit is available for up to 4 people at once, and splitting payments between tables is not allowed.
  3. Additional discounts on top of the lunch/dinner benefits already included in the room rate, as well as overlapping discounts, such as guest/HHI discounts/company contract rates, are not allowed.
  4. Discounts are applied only when you pay on site.
  5. Hotels excluded from the benefit: 00,00,00 location (do not serve lunch/dinner)

  1. This benefit is available once per year, whether you stay or not.
